Love/Hate Relationship with this game!

I love this game and the varieties to bingo...But with that said this game has many issues! Sometimes when a number is called you cant select that number. The numbers freeze. Or you go 35 numbers called with any bring your numbers.
Here is my all time favorite: A single person is allowed 1 line per card and 1 bingo per card. So if playing 2 cards that equals to total possible winnings of 2 lines and/or 2 bingos or any combination from there. So explain to me how 1 person can win 3 bingos or 4 lines.
